Calypso[1] is Jay Lumen's debut. You may have expected a type of music and dance that originated in the West Indies (perhaps Trinidad), characterized by improvised lyrics on topical or broadly humorous subjects, often creating satire of current events; however, this is pure deep trance.

Calypso (Original Mix)

Eight minutes. And only one minute is eventful.
It precedes the climax. Although definitely fuscous, this is still unemotional and platitudinous.
The word 'calypso' means 'cover', or 'conceal', which is what should have happened to this.
The climax will make you wish that Jay was sent to the eighth moon of Saturn.
The climax truly merits the name, since 'calypso' is cognate with the word 'hell'.

Calypso (Manuel De La Mare Shibuya Remix)

This Italic, who you will never remember (the name of), hopefully retired a long time ago, since this is just the OM, but with the minute of pitch in a different place.
